Many
of our travelers return again and again and its a joy all around
- we get to know people in rewarding ways over a number of years,
and our travelers can count on seeing friends they meet along
the way. It sets a very nice tone to the journeys, and new people
are always welcomed, if not a bit amazed at the high number
of returning clients. We encourage travelers to help us choose
new destinations to explore, and to invite their family and
friends to sign on.
Each
traveler earns $50.00 in TRAVEL BUCKS upon the completion
of a journey. These are good for a period of three years.
Once you make your deposit in full, the amount in travel bucks
is deducted from your remaining balance. For every traveler
you refer that completes a journey, we reward you with another
$50.00 in TRAVEL BUCKS. So if you want to travel at a discount,
it pays to bring along your friends, and we appreciate having
like-minded travelers join us. We believe word of mouth is
our strongest promotion, and it helps us retain the reputation
of having such nice people travel with us!
For new journeys, and journeys with limited
space, we try to notify our current travelers with a
SNEAK PREVIEW mailing. And from time to time, we offer discounts,
"holiday bucks" and other
special promotions.
Here
are some of our frequent travelers:

Janet Nelson,
and her daughter Linda, pictured here on the porch of our
lodge on the lake at Estes Park, will have completed 20 trips
with Naturalist Journeys, LLC. on our East Africa journey
this February!!
Don
and Jan Allen grow rhododendrons in their garden on Whidbey
Island, Washington. They've also been on over a dozen trips
with Peg, but a real highlight this spring was our June trip
to the Blue Ridge where we caught a spectacular bloom!
Ralph
and Regina Anavy have been with us in places as diverse as
South Texas to Scotland. When we needed a guide to accompany
our France tour, Ralph stepped in and shared a country he
knows very well - being fluent in French and spending a lot
of time there with friends and relatives.

Bud and Gingy
joined us enthusiastically on the recommendation of an Audubon
colleague. They've walked among Blue-footed Boobies in Galapagos
and brilliant colored aspen groves in the Black Hills... Coral
reefs in Fiji.... Bud shares many of his incredible photos on
our website - check it his recent work from Fiji!!
Lynn
Feryus hails from Maryland, but has been far afield on over
15 journeys. She is an avid birder and photographer, and has
won rewards for luggage packing as well!!!
We have
many others who have journeyed far and wide with us - and
yes, they love to spend their TRAVEL BUCKS!!!
